How it works
1. A buy counts
A swap of 0.01 SOL or more into $MEMETOWN counts as one turn. One wallet counts once a minute, so a bot paying itself in a loop buys nothing but fees.
2. The propeller
Turns a minute is the number of counted buys in the last ten minutes. The bench reads it off the chain every minute and the propeller on the shaft runs at that speed.
3. The takeoff
He lifts off when the turns beat the record by at least 10% and hold for three minutes. The keeper writes the memo and pays half the pot to the town, by balance.
4. The pot
Creator fees are forwarded by hand. 60% is the takeoff pot, 30% buys $MEMETOWN back and burns it, 10% pays for the RPC and the server. Between takeoffs a tenth of the pot a week goes on fuel.
